Rasulullah SAW has provided guidance to his people in choosing the ideal partner as mentioned in the following hadith:
مَا اسْrameفَادES الْمُؤْمِنُ بَعْدَ λقْو takingى اللajarّ خES صوْرًا إِنْ أAN ا K ْه َا سَرَّrameْهُ وَإِنْ أَقْسَمَ عَلَيْهَا أَبetakan ّهُ وَإِنْ غي فِES فِنْ while نهِ p نن
Meaning: There is no luck for a believer after being devoted to Allah unless he has a pious wife. Who, when told, obeys and if it is seen as pleasing, and if he keeps his promise, and if he leaves, he can look after himself and his husband's property.” (HR. Ibn Majah).

1. Surah Al Furqan Verse 74
The Koranic verse about soul mates and first love is Surah Al Furqan verse 74.

Latin: Rabbanaa hablanaa min azwaajina wa dzurriyyatinaa qurrota a'yuniw waj'alnaa lil muttaqiina imaama
Meaning: And those who say, “O our Lord, grant us our spouses and our descendants as the delight of (our) hearts, and make us leaders of the pious.” (QS. Al Furqan verse 74).
In this verse, Allah SWT has arranged each person's soul mate. It is a human's duty to try to find his soul mate and put his trust in prayer so that he will quickly be reunited with his life partner.
2. Surah An Nahl verse 72
The next verse in the Koran about soul mates and love is Surah An Nahl verse 72.
وَاللّٰهُ جَعَلَ لَكُمْ مِّنْ اَنْفُسِكُمْ اَزْوَاجا مْ مِّنَ الطَّيِّبٰتِ ۗ اَفَبِ
Latin: Wallaahu ja'ala lakum min angfusikum azwaajaw waja'ala baina wakhafadzataw warazaqokum minath thoyyibaat. afabil baathili yuminunan wa bini'matillaahi hum yakfuruun
Meaning: And Allah made you a partner (husband or wife) from your own kind and made children and grandchildren for you from your partner, and gave you good fortune. Why do they believe in falsehood and deny Allah's blessings? (QS An Nahl verse 72).
Allah has guaranteed sustenance for every human being, including those who are married. Therefore, for those who have not found a soul mate because they are insecure about not being given the opportunity to provide good fortune, there is no need to be afraid. Because, Allah will provide sustenance.
3. Surah Asy Shura Verse 11
فَاطِرُ السَّمٰوٰتِ وَالْاَرْضِۗ جَعَلَ لَكُمْ مِّنْ اَنْفُسِكُم ْ اَزْوَا جًا وَّمِنَ الْاَنْعَامِ اَزْوَاجًاۚ يَذْرَؤُكُمْ فِيْه ِۗ لَيْسَ كَمِثْلِه ٖ شَيْءٌ ۚوَهُوَ السَّمِيْعُ الْبَصِيْرُ
Faathirus samaawaati wal ardhi ja'ala lakum min angfusikum azwaajaw waminal'an'aami azwaajaa. Yadzra ukum fiihi laisa kamitslihii syaiun wahuwas samii'ul bashiir.
Meaning: (Allah) Creator of heaven and earth. He made for you mates from your own kind, and mates from the kind of livestock (also). He made you multiply in that way. There is nothing like Him. And He is the All-Hearing, All-Seeing. (QS. Ash Shura verse 11).
This verse explains the guarantee of abundant sustenance for those who are married. For those who are still single and don't have the courage to get married, there is no need to worry because Allah will provide enough for their sustenance.
