MILAN, iNews.id- Former star MotoGPCasey Stoner predicts which driver will win MotoGP 2025. His choice fell on the new Ducati Lenovo rider, Marc Marquez.

The Baby Alien – Marquez's nickname – will start a new chapter in his career in MotoGP 2025. The eight-time world champion was promoted to the Borgo Panigale factory team after impressing in his first season with Gresini Ducati this year.

That way, Marquez will get a motorbike with the latest specifications from the Italian brand, namely the Desmosedici GP25 and will receive full support from the Ducati manufacturer. He no longer rides an iron horse with old specs like he did in Gresini.

Therefore, Stoner is very optimistic that Marquez can win the 2025 MotoGP title. He is absolutely sure that the Spanish star can adapt to his new motorbike later.

“It's very difficult to know the difference between the 2023 and 2024 bike models, they can say that there are some changes to the bike but when Marc Márquez arrives next year, I think the bike will not be too different and I'm sure Marc will feel comfortable,” said Stoner as quoted by Motosan, Friday (8/11/2024).

“We'll see what will happen. “But honestly, I think Márquez will win the MotoGP title in 2025, because he is the best racer at the moment,” he added.
