KPK Appreciates Prabowo's Commitment regarding Ministers Not Being Allowed to Seek Money from the APBN
JAKARTA, iNews.id – President Elect, King Subianto reminded his prospective ministers not to 'look for money' from the State Revenue and Expenditure Budget (APBN) or Regional Revenue and Expenditure Budget (APBD). Prabowo has conveyed this message to party leaders who support his politics.
Corruption Eradication Commission (Corruption Eradication Commission) appreciates the statement. Prabowo is considered committed to eradicating corruption.

“We see Mr Prabowo's statement as president-elect regarding this matter as a form of his commitment,” said KPK spokesperson, Tessa Mahardhika Sugiarto, Wednesday (16/10/2024).

Tessa explained that so far there are still several minister who are caught in corruption. It is hoped that Prabowo's statement will serve as an early warning for prospective ministers to work according to applicable regulations and not be involved in corrupt practices that cause state losses.
“This delivery is a form of a firm vision and the Corruption Eradication Commission supports this statement,” he said.
