The latest news about Man United was conveyed by transfer expert Fabrizio Romano. He said that Ruben Amorim's warm-up process as the new captain of the club nicknamed The Red Devils was almost complete. Man United has agreed to the transfer process with Lisbon Sports.

“Manchester United and Sporting agree on every detail for Rúben Amorim!” wrote Fabrizio Romano on his personal Instagram account, @fabriziorom, Thursday (31/10/2024).

Even so, Amorim will not immediately take over coaching duties for the Red Devils. He still has some work to do at Sporting.

“Ruud van Nistelrooy will stay until November 11 as interim coach of Man United, then it's time for Amorim's new era,” said Romano.

“The Portuguese manager will make his debut on November 24 against Ipswich Town — an official announcement is expected soon,” he said again.
